Hosein Moghaddam
A sports enthusiast since childhood, Hosein naturally chose physical education for his higher education and has tried many sports ever since. Yet no sport has ever charmed him like mountaineering. It offered him beauties, priceless friendships and a unique perspective that generated a particular lifestyle. He sees each expedition as a miniature of life: getting ready for the path, moving forward on it, overcoming obstacles and challenges, and at the same time enjoying the beauties of the path, the company and the support, until you reach your goal. Hosein has conquered a number of +8000 summits and was a coach to Iran’s National Mountaineering Omid Team. Also a teacher, Hosein enjoys passing on his knowledge and experience in mountaineering to others. Having led numerous teams, he says his most precious and beautiful moments are when he sees the flash of victory in the eyes of the ones he’s led to the top.
