Ebrahim Khosravani
Ebrahim was born in Sepidan, a town covered with snow for more than half of the year. Reviewing his childhood memories, he remembers himself along with his friends walking on snow with shoes to make it slippery and suitable for skiing. The first time he saw skis was in the hands of the members of Iranian Army Ski Team who had gone to their region for skiing. Fascinated by the cool skis, they asked a carpenter to make them skis and started skiing with their simple equipment after school time. In 1974, when Pooladkaf Ski Resort was built in their region, he met with coaches and started learning his favorite sport professionally. As one of the first people in Fars Province who passed ski courses, he is now an experienced expert who knows the region and all of its paths very well. He is also an Alpine ski coach with years of experience in leading ski mountaineering teams in the region. Ebrahim’s patience, friendliness and deep love for nature make him not only a dedicated guide but also a pleasant company.
