Ali Bardestani

As warm as the southern city of Bushehr where he comes from, Ali is a collection of a genial company, a nature lover, an avid hiker, a talented photographer and an environmentalist. His passion for and his devotion to his homeland and its lovely nature and unique culture was his motivation for entering the world of tourism. From then, he and the Bushehr-based tourism group he joined have been keeping sustainable tourism as their main goal. To stop migration to the cities and thus protecting the distinctive culture, they have been introducing the local culture and remote villages, creating new job opportunities and empowering the locals financially. Ali is as kind and hospitable as the villagers he describes. He says his motivation to do his best is the villagers’ great cooperation in and enthusiasm for introducing their village. He has great love for his job, for the smiles, joys and excitements he sparks in tourists, and for the places he takes them. This makes the explorations he leads through the fascinating spectacles of Bushehr memorable experiences.
